Describe Yourself:I'm a retired Foreign Service Officer with the U.S. Information Agency, which, thanks to the late, unlamented Jesse Helms, was dismembered after the Cold War and put into the State Dept. I'm in pretty good shape (walked across England in '06), but despite living in a walker's city (NY) am beginning to lose my edge! I have a good sense of humor, in a kind of editorial vein, and like a good laugh in an era where there's not enough to laugh about.

Thank you Bill for the link. I will definitely look at it. Yes I know lots of people with PTSD, not military related. I lost my only child to suicide almost 6 years ago. He was only 16. I am a member of several online support groups, we all suffer from PTSD. I witnessed my son's suicide, so I will forever be plagued with the horrible disorder. I am trying to help all I can. Thank you for your input. I will share with the group.
